Center of Excellence

The Center of Excellence, led by our Chief Projects Officer, is a resource and support function for our client facing teams. Our CoE experts can do a deep dive into budgets, schedules or risk, and can then work with the team to transfer their insights and expertise. It is part of our mePMO service.

The SWAT Team

This is our elite team focused on the toughest challenges to allow projects to be successful. The SWAT team is available to our clients when they feel the existing contract does not provide the horsepower needed for the most critical initiatives.  The need for the SWAT team is rare and we are judicious about when we deploy them.
